Our motorcycle ride from Kanchanaburi to Erawan (named after the 3-headed white elephant Hindu deity) National Park Waterfall took us about 2 hours. Since this was a National park, there was a 200B Entrance fee per person and 20B per motorcycle; charged upon entry.

Erawan Waterfall is probably one of the most beautiful places in Thailand. It looks like out of a fairy tale and when the sun shines through the dense forest and sparkles on the turquoise water, you can almost see mythical nymphs having a bath, or tiny spirits, which Thais believe live in the trees here.
